I often say I had
two innings to my career. The first was in finance and consulting — MBA in hand, working with firms like J.P. Morgan, EY, and KPMG, and even running my own advisory practice. I helped businesses raise funds, launch projects, and shape strategy.
But even then, what struck me wasn’t only the deals — it was t
he people. Every leader, every client, came with their own
baggage and patterns.
What I kept noticing was this: most people under pressure don’t slow down for mental health. They just push through, because that’s what feels practical.
For practical minds, “
self-care” often sounded like a
distraction.
"Success on the outside doesn’t always bring clarity on the inside."That gap is exactly what I work on now. My coaching is about noticing patterns and
gently shifting them — because once you see them, you can start to change them in small, practical ways. Sometimes it’s loosening your shoulders in a tense meeting. Sometimes it’s catching an old story before it runs your response.
For me, it always comes back to three pillars:
- Values — knowing what really matters, and if you’re living it.
- Money Mindset — the hidden scripts that shape choices more than we admit.
- Mental Clutter — the noise that builds when we’re stretched too thin.
This isn’t therapy. It’s not about stepping away from your ambitions. It’s about coaching you to live the life you’ve already built — with more
ease, clarity, and kindness for yourself.
